Introducing Norman.

Norman is a new restaurant created by Claus Meyer (Great Northern Food Hall, Agern) and Fredrik Berselius (Aska) that lives within A/D/O.

Claus and Fredrik have collaborated on each element of the restaurant, from menu creation to service, while partnering with A/D/O on the unique design of the space. Each brings his own distinct culinary and creative perspective and background to the table.

Norman is centered around an open kitchen with a long marble bar, detailed tiling and soaring windows overlooking Wythe and Norman Avenues. The space features indoor and outdoor seating and is situated adjacent to the central communal area of A/D/O, which is accessible to the public as well as A/D/O members.

Fredrik and Claus share a passion for purposefully sourced food that remains accessible and not overly complex. During breakfast, Norman will operate as a café with an in-house bakery, serving an menu of Nordic-inspired breakfast dishes with a focus on fresh and nutritious ingredients. Norman will function as an all-day restaurant, serving the community from early until late. Norman is now open for breakfast and lunch with dinner service coming soon in addition to a late night bar program to be introduced later.

In collaboration with the creative community at A/D/O, Claus, Fredrik and the Norman team will explore the intersection between culinary innovation and design with the aim of pushing new boundaries in food.
